Lauren Borie
FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
As the founder and principal consultant for this firm, I help businesses solve complex problems through smart strategy, clear planning, and a deep understanding of people.
I hold a Master of Business Administration with high distinction and a 3.8 GPA from Georgia Southwestern State University. I bring over a decade of experience in coaching, consulting, and business operations, including work in both corporate and private sectors. My background includes more than 13,000 hours of one-on-one support for individuals pursuing personal and professional growth.
Before launching this firm, I worked with Humana and later ran my own private coaching practice, helping clients strengthen leadership skills, improve mindset, and navigate career and performance challenges. I also successfully built a nonprofit organization in under a year, which continues to operate and serve the community today.
I believe that defining people or businesses too narrowly creates limitations. Mission and vision are the true drivers of success, and that belief shapes every solution I offer. My services include data-based financial forecasting, custom business structuring, psychology-informed staffing strategies, and leadership training programs designed to build stronger teams and better outcomes.
I take great pride in supporting businesses in my community and care deeply about building systems that create lasting impact. For me, consulting is not just about solving problems. It is about helping people build something that truly works with strategy, clarity, and purpose.

Jonathan Fister
SENIOR CONSULTANT, NONPROFIT STRATEGY
I bring over 40 years of leadership experience in nonprofit administration with a focus on social enterprise and long-term sustainability. My work has centered on building mission-driven organizations that operate with the efficiency and innovation of successful businesses.
Throughout my career, I have helped create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who are blind or disabled by developing businesses that leverage their talents and exceed expectations. I led a multi-corporation nonprofit management group that employed hundreds of individuals and fulfilled a wide range of government and commercial contracts. These efforts helped reshape public perception of disability and demonstrated the capabilities of an often-overlooked workforce.
I believe that nonprofit organizations can thrive when they adopt a results-oriented mindset without compromising their mission. My approach is grounded in strategic thinking, operational execution, and a deep respect for people and potential. Today, I continue to support organizations that are ready to grow with purpose and integrity.
Over the years, I have been honored to receive recognition for my leadership, including being named Businessman of the Year by the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Pennsylvania Governor’s Commission for the Blind, and receiving formal commendations from the Pennsylvania State Senate and House of Representatives for my contributions to the blind and disabled community.
My work is driven by the belief that good leadership changes lives, and that meaningful work has the power to transform communities.

SENIOR CONSULTANT, SKILLED TRADES
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the skilled trades, I’ve built my career from the ground up—starting as a contractor at age 18 and growing into a business owner and mentor for others in the industry. I spent nearly two decades with Kablelink Communications, where I worked as both a contractor and manager, mastering field operations, customer service, and team leadership.
Since 2017, I’ve owned and operated Alkaline Pool and Spa, a scalable and profitable business serving the Tampa Bay Area with a fleet providing pool cleaning and repair services. I have a proven ability to turn technical skills into high-performing business ventures—developing systems that not only run efficiently, but also generate strong, sustainable income.
I’m highly entrepreneurial by nature, with a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a trade into a thriving enterprise. I take pride in helping others in the skilled trades grow smart, scalable businesses that are both customer-driven and financially successful.
